Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Also see the Terms of Service.

1. In short

Nebulora is billed per period, in advance. Payments are non-refundable. You can stop at any time, and you keep using what you have already paid for until that period's allowance runs out.

There is no auto-renewal and no stored mandate, so nothing is ever charged to you without you choosing to pay again.

2. No refunds

Payments for a Pro or Max period are final and non-refundable, including where:

  • the period is only partly used,
  • some or all of the period's credits are unused, or
  • you decide the product is not right for you after paying.

We do not offer partial, pro-rata, or unused-credit refunds. Before paying, use the free tier to confirm Nebulora does what you need — that is what it is for.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you like by emailing us — see Contact. Tell us the email address on the account and we will stop the plan from our side.

Because billing is not recurring, cancelling does not stop a future charge — there isn't one. What it changes is your credit release:

  • New weekly credits stop. A paid period releases its allowance in four weekly instalments. Once you cancel, no further weekly instalment is released.
  • Credits already released stay usable. Whatever is in your current balance at the moment you cancel remains available to spend until the period ends.
  • Nothing already produced is taken away. Leads, audits, reports, sequences and exports created while you were paying remain in your workspace, and remain exportable, after your plan returns to Free.

In other words: cancelling stops the tap, it does not empty the bucket.

4. What happens to credits

Behaviour
Weekly plan creditsDo not carry into the following week, cancelled or not
Unused credits at period endExpire. They are not refunded or converted
Purchased top-up creditsCarry forward and are not affected by cancellation
Credits already spentNot returned, including where you were not satisfied with a result

Top-up credits are the one balance that survives, because you bought them as a quantity rather than as time.

5. Failed and duplicate payments

The no-refund rule covers changing your mind. It does not cover our or our payment provider's mistakes. We will refund in full where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same period,
  • you were charged but the plan was never activated, or
  • you were charged after already cancelling.

Email us with the payment reference and we will return it to the original payment method. Refunds are issued through our payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Service we fail to deliver

If Nebulora is unavailable for a prolonged period through our own fault, contact us. We will normally extend your paid period by the time lost rather than refund it, but we will look at it case by case.

Interruptions caused by third parties we depend on — your mail provider, a data source, or a payment gateway — are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version that applies to a payment is the one published on the day that payment was made, so changes never apply retroactively to money you have already paid.

8. Contact

Questions about a payment, cancellation, or refund: see the Contact page. Please include the email address on the account and the payment reference — it lets us answer in one reply rather than three.
