Pick a city and a niche. Nebulora finds the businesses whose site is letting them down, audits it against the rivals down the road, and generates a working demo homepage you can link to in the first email — then follows up on WhatsApp, LinkedIn and AI voice until they reply.
A dental clinic in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. We had never spoken to them. Everything below is what Nebulora produced before we said hello.

“While comparing you to other dentists in Indiranagar, one thing stood out: 3 of 3 rivals let customers book online. You take enquiries only when someone is there to answer. So I built you one.”
Two minutes on who builds Nebulora and why - the studio behind the tool, and what we think a local business's website ought to do for it.
One platform from first lead to closed deal — and it keeps working after you close the tab.
Find businesses with a weak site — or none at all — in any city on earth. Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram and Apollo connectors, filtered to your ideal customer.
A full technical audit that refuses to claim anything it hasn't measured, framed against the three rivals down the road. Printable, and carrying your brand — not ours.
Generate a real concept homepage for a prospect from what we scraped, at a link you can send. The first email says “I rebuilt your homepage” instead of “can I show you a mockup?”
AI-written email from your own mailbox, plus WhatsApp and LinkedIn — drafted from the audit findings, never generic. Every send carries a working unsubscribe.
Email → WhatsApp → LinkedIn → AI call, with widening gaps. Stops itself the moment someone replies, books, or asks you to stop.
Replies are read back from your own inbox, classified, and used to move the pipeline. Bounces and out-of-office deliberately move nothing.
Tracked domains re-checked on a schedule. A dead site, an expiring certificate or a rebuild becomes a dated reason to call — a snapshot that stops going stale.
An AI agent calls your leads, pitches your offer, and auto-books demos straight onto your calendar.
Put the scanner on your own website. A visitor checks their site, leaves an email, and lands in your pipeline with the audit already attached.
Four steps. Mostly automated.
Pick a city and niche. Nebulora finds real businesses whose website is letting them down — your warmest leads.
A 47-check audit against their local rivals, and a concept homepage generated from what we found.
Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or an AI voice call — drafted for you, or run as a sequence that follows up on its own.
Replies land back in the pipeline automatically. Demos auto-book to your calendar; Watchtower tells you when to call the rest.
Credits are the only unit here, so a plan is worth exactly the work it buys. In leads and in rupees, that is:
Pro releases 125 credits every week and an audit costs 3. Spend a whole week on audits alone and that is 41 businesses told exactly what their website is costing them.
A whole pitch — find the business, audit it, build the demo homepage, send the first email — is 12 credits. That is 10 a week and 41 a month, every one of them personalised. On Max it is 125 a month.
Pro is ₹1,999 a month, billed a month at a time with no auto-renewal. Close one ₹30,000 website out of those 41 pitches and it has paid for 15 months of the tool that found it.
Every account opens with 7 days of everything. No card, no trial-only crippling — you get the Max feature set from the first minute.
After your trial ends
Your leads, audits and demos stay yours — contact details go back to being partly hidden.

Credits are what each action costs: a prospecting run 1, an AI audit 3, a demo homepage 3, each outreach send 5, an AI call 10. Top-ups are ₹499 for 50 and never expire.

Nebulora is built by NebulaForge, a studio in Bengaluru that sells websites to local businesses — the same job you are doing. We built it because we were running that loop by hand: a spreadsheet of Maps results, an evening spent opening each site one at a time, and a cold email that could have been about anybody. Every feature here started as a step in our own week, and we are still the first people it has to work for.
Nebulora is a CRM for web freelancers and small agencies who sell websites to local businesses, and it was built in India for that market. It finds businesses whose website is weak or missing, audits the site against 47 checks and their nearest competitors, builds a working demo homepage from what it found, and then runs the follow-up across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and AI voice calls. Replies are read back automatically and stop the sequence, so nobody who has already answered gets chased.
Every account opens with a 7-day trial including 100 credits and the full feature set, with no card required. After that the Free plan gives 20 credits a month. Pro is ₹1,999 a month for 500 credits, and Max is ₹4,999 a month for 1,500 credits plus sequences, change monitoring and the AI voice caller.
No. The 7-day trial needs no card and no payment details. It includes 100 credits, which is roughly eight complete cycles of finding a business, auditing it, building a demo and sending the first email.
It refuses to claim anything it has not measured. The engine fetches one document and executes no JavaScript, so on a client-rendered page it skips the content checks rather than reporting a missing heading its visitors can see perfectly well. It also frames findings against the three nearest competitors — how many rivals load faster, how many are built for phones, how many take bookings online — because a local business owner cares about the place down the road, not a canonical tag.
Any of them. Prospecting takes a free-text city and country, so it works wherever the underlying data sources have coverage. The product was built around India and the UAE and is used worldwide; outreach sends from your own mailbox, so deliverability follows your domain rather than a shared one.
No. Every member connects their own mailbox over SMTP, and outreach sends from their address. That keeps one customer's sending behaviour from affecting anyone else's domain reputation, and it means replies arrive where the sender already reads their mail.
Yes. Billing is per period and charged in advance, with no auto-renewal and no stored mandate, so nothing is ever charged without you choosing to pay again. Cancelling stops further weekly credit instalments while everything already released stays usable until the period ends. Payments are non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed charges.
